Application:
The AGuard C-80 rollershutter has been specifically
designed for the commercial / Industrial market. The C-80 is a robust, durable
and low maintenance industrial door ideal for high security requirements and
warehousing facilities.

Curtain
80mm wide curved laths 0.6 / 1.0 mm thick. Continuous interlocking galvanized steel laths available with perforations. Depending on Door dimensions nylon, steel or extra wind
locks are used to secure the curtain. Bottom Rails are offered as standard in “T” sections
(“L” section available). Rubber profiles available.

 
Barrel
Constructed from seamless steel tubing of adequate diameter to resist deflection. Fixed 
using bearings or plates attached directly to the endplates.
 
Guides
3mm galvanized steel guide channels belled to add curtain movement. Guides are supplied 
with steel angle for securing to the structure. Width of guide 75mm, 90mm depending
on installation. Welded stops to each guide.
 
Endplates
Mild Steel endplates 300*300, 305*305 & 405*405 depending on shutter door requirements.
 
Finish
All C-80 roller shutters are available in a galvanized finish or can be powder coated.
 
Override Facility
Hand crank / Chain override

Operation
• 415v 3 ph Marantec Dynamic 400 – 406 with adjustable limit switches  (1 phase
available)
• 240v 1 ph  Marantec Tubular motors with adjustable limit switches
